Bengals | Dillon Downgraded To Questionable Wed, 29 Oct 2003 10:51:13 -0800
Bengals.com reports Cincinnati Bengals RB Corey Dillon (groin) has been downgraded from probable to questionable for Sunday's, Nov. 2, game against the Arizona Cardinals.
Any thoughts on this?

My thoughts are that I am glad I have Rudi Johnson. I think Dillon is in the doghouse and the fans like Rudi Johnson. He is a good young player outta Auburn. Fans were chanting his name last week. He had 100 yards rushing. I wouldn't be surprised to see Dillon take a back seat. Marvin Lewis has no patience for that crap Dillon is pulling.

I too am glad to Rudi Johnson on my team. I don't have Dillon so there is just happiness for me. If you own Dillon and not Rudi this has to be frustrating for you. He evidently won't play until his groin is healed and just does light running in practice. It might be a couple of weeks for Dillom to heal up.
Dillon is burying himself more and more each day. I think he was hoping CIN would fall flat vs SEA w/o him. Now RJohnson is doing a nice job and Dillon could be holding the clipboard for the rest of the year.
Serves him right!
BTW, yes I'm bitter, he was a 5th round pick!

3 straight underperforming seasons, one nitwit head coach, 2 problem child WRs, 1 collosal trade bungle....but a wild boat party with booze and hookers!!!????? Priceless.
Won't play "until he's ready" (as per the second link above)! I just think all this is more about his wanting out of Cincinnati (and in in Dallas) than anything. I actually think this guy may be a waste for the REST OF THIS SEASON. I think he thinks this is how he can buy his ticket to Dallas (or wherever) next year.
