No rules... Doesn't have to be Top "10" or "20"... I personally am just going to give rankings until I feel the "guessing"  is outweighing the "work"  in my guesswork! Feel free to post yours... as well as questions and comments...
Here are mine (by the way, I don't do ADP; no spreadsheets; just 21 years of experience AND PURE GUT); I am using your generic, run-of-the-mill combinational system as a guide:
Top Tier
1. Drew Brees - Saints 
2. Peyton Manning - Colts 
3. Tom Brady - Patriots 
Second Tier
4. Philip Rivers - Chargers 
5. Kurt Warner - Cardinals 
Third Tier
6. Tony Romo - Cowboys 
7. Aaron Rodgers - Packers 
8. Donovan McNabb - Eagles 
9. Eli Manning - Giants 
Fourth Tier
10. Ben Roethlisberger - Steelers 
11. Carson Palmer - Bengals 
12. Kyle Orton - Broncos 
13. Matt Ryan - Falcons 
Fifth Tier
14. Matt Hasselbeck - Seahawks 
15. Jay Cutler - Bears 
16. Matt Cassel - Chiefs 
17. Trent Edwards - Bills 
18. Matt Schaub - Texans 
19. Jake Delhomme - Panthers 
20. Sage Rosenfels - Vikings 
[I just can't makes heads or tails of where to put the (listed in no particular order) Flaccos, Penningtons, Garrards, Collinses, Russells, Campbells, and Bulgers in the queue though I do think those seven make up the next, sixth tier.]
