Let's kick this sucker off, boyz!
 
PERUSE THIS THOROUGHLY BEFORE PICKING, GUYS!  THANK YOU!
 
Here are the rules:
 
"Huddles" are to serve as a way for us to, together, create an "overall" fantasy player rankings list.  I will make the first pick.  Someone follows.  YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO GO TWICE IN A ROW.  It would be preferable if you waited for, perhaps, at least TWO guys to go before going again.  I would say that the goal would be to establish a "TOP 100" list, but we could go ad infinitum.  Of course, that could get ad nauseam.  IF YOU HAPPEN TO PICK AT THE SAME TIME AS SOMEONE ELSE, THE SECOND GUY SHOULD "REMOVE" HIS POST!
 
That's all!  NO teams; we are working TOGETHER here!  NO time limits!  NO parameters regarding positions or anything.  Just make a pick and wait for at least another Gridironer or two to select and then feel free to go again.  As for the "scoring system", just take into account a "standard" CBFL-style scoring system (not roster or starting-lineup requirements, though), which can be viewed at the "Rules/Scoring" page of the CBFL site (enjoy the patriotic theme of that site, fellas ).  So that our "product" would be useful to a wide range of visiting fantasy footballers, we would include all the main positions:  QB's, RB's, WR's, TE's, PK's (though I couldn't see any going in the Top 100) AND D/ST's (what the hell... no one else really includes them in their Top 100 lists, so it would be unique to do so and I could actually see a couple perhaps going in the Top 100).
 
Also of importance, DO NOT POST COMMENTS ON THIS THREAD!  Do so on the commentary thread I set up:

THAT IS ALSO WHERE I HAVE DECIDED TO MAINTAIN A RUNNING COMPREHENSIVE LIST OF THE PICKS!  IT WILL BE KEPT ON THE THREAD'S INITIAL POST AND UPDATED AT LEAST TWICE A DAY!
 
I will, actually, go ahead and make the first pick, mainly because it is the most efficient way for me to set the standard pattern I want used. PLEASE DON'T MAKE DOUBLE-WORK FOR ME, FELLAS, AND FOLLOW THE PATTERN EXACTLY!  Thank you for your anticipated thoughtful compliance!
 
Now, let's have some fun and show the folks what we gots goin' on on "the Gridiron"!
