If you are interested in a receiver that actually played last year and had 79 receptions for 912 yards (and 3 TDs) then I have one of those available for a very reasonable price.

At this point, I am cutting either Steve Smith (Carolina), Steve Breaston or the Packers' D.  It's probably going to be Breaston based on current rankings.

It looks like I am also cutting Kenny Britt.

If anyone is interested in any of the above, let me know.  I would also do a 2 for 1 involving some of my other players to make room.

DB, I told you I would give you a Pro Spot for a (2nd rounder or Pro Spot next year.)
I'm sorry, but I can't take a 3rd rounder for them.

Thanks for the reminder, Joe.  No, not for reminding me of the substance of our emails.  I can read.  Thanks for reminding me why I signed off on two unbalanced deals this off-season and not three.

Dave, repectfully...you did it because you can! Your team is stacked with studs, and deep as hell to boot. I would say that over the past many years every owner has made an "unbalanced" trade or two....except Warner of course, LOL..because he always needs that extra draft pick...or a round higher to get the deal done. ...hell so do I at times.
Lately I'm just looking for fair value deals.

Only 11 days left to make deals!!!

Comeon Steg, I know you got 1 more deal up your sleeve.

I'm surprised Warner has not made a deal this off season....I guess between he and Mark, there are not too many 2nd rounders left for him to get.

A couple points of clarification of Joe's post above... I think he means 10 days, not 11, assuming his starting point is July 23rd. HOWEVER, Joe, that doesn't matter. Trades can still be made after cuts but before the draft. In fact, an argument could be made that it is easier to cut deals at that point because protection spots are no longer an issue. In other words, uneven trades can be made without the oh, so dreaded consideration of protection spots. Only draft picks in return have to be considered, but, really, if the deal is otherwise liked by all parties involved, that's just a secondary courtesy consideration. It's just like it works during the draft. In other words, an otherwise fair, uneven, say, 2-for-1 deal is made and it's just like the, as was customary, last draft pick of the guy who got the 2 players is, so to speak, automatically transferred to the other guy just to even out the draft. I say "as was customary" because, really, only in late-ish years have these "courtesy" draft picks in return been squeezed for extra value. Again, that is not to say trades involving draft picks didn't go down from the inception of this league. They surely did. I'm just talking about the mindset of getting back that little bit more via the, for all intents and purposes, courtesy draft pick in return on an otherwise fair, uneven deal.

Another deal for the future for me, for Frank the here and now!! Here is the deal:

Joe get's
Dallas Def
Frank's 2.9 this year
Frank's 5th-2011

Frank get's
Pierre Garcon
Frank's 6.9 this year
Joe's 6th-2011

Yea.... And you say I am the one who insists on getting the extra stuff. You managed to squeeze out a 1 round bump in 2011 from a 6th rounder to a 5th rounder. I NEVER want to hear that shit from you again....you turnip squeezer.

Oh yea, plus a 2nd rounder and a defense for a guy who was a borderline cut.

LMAO

I made Frank and offer and he countered. I accepted his counter.
Talk to him about it.
I confirmed the deal and here we are, so just maybe next time you should take a quote from Finding Forrester..."I'll take poor assumption for $500 Alex"

OH, nevermind...we know about your poor assumptions already...just look at your team!!! LOL

The season is coming alive...like the boards are. Trash talking is picking up again. It most be getting close.

It's here, Dave:
http://www.fantasyfootballer.com/cgi-bin/theGridiron/YaBB.cgi?board=53;a ction=display;num=1274849904;start=25.

And, if/when Joe sends me an updated one, I'll replace the (older) one that is currently up.  (Joe, get me an updated one, bro!  We will be in transit tomorrow, so sometime today/tonight would be what the doctor ordered.  Thanks!)

Joe, I'm not interested in Tarvaris Jackson even though you are now cutting him and protecting Meachum.

I would be interested in fielding offers for the 1.2 pick of the draft. I could move down later in round 1, but really don't want to fall out of the first round.
If you don't have interest, that's fine, but I know that some of you do.

Talk to you soon.

With such short notice...less than 1 week... you can call. I say this because some of us may be too busy for quick email responses.

No thanks Danny. I would rather have Matthews over Dallas anyways. Thanks for the offer though.

I am looking for a #1 WR. Take a look at my email and send me an offer.

Mendenhall,Brady and Mathews are the only guys that I don't want to deal. I also have draft picks next year...or the future to offer...

I must not even have a decent WR since I did not get an offer. Just out of curiousity, what pick was offered?
