I REALLY question this move big time.   Not the fact that they released him, but why wait?   Neither McCown or Gabbert received first team reps like Garrard did.  The timing seems awful.  

So the question is....where will Garrard land?   My top 3 picks in this order are:

Bengals
Dolphins
Seahawks
