Brandon Lloyd impresses during Patriots workout (http://www.nfl.com/news/story/09000d5d829564b2/article/brandon-lloyd-impresses-during-patriots-workout)
NFL.com (25.05.2012 09:39)
Brandon Lloyd is plenty familiar with the offense the Patriots are running under Josh McDaniels. Around the League says that could be why the WR has looked so impressive this week during OTAs.

Last I checked, Rotoworld did not even have him in their top 21 (that is, top 10 + 11 guys who did not make the cut but were worth keeping your eye on). ::) Lloyd is back with McDaniels and on the best offense and with the best quarterback that he has ever been on or with.  My windows on him: 1,150 to 1,350 yards and 6 to 10 touchdowns!  Take that,... according to Rotoworld,... in the sixth to ninth rounds of your fantasy draft! ;)

While Ridley and Vereen duke it out for the top spot, let's face it, it is cooking up to be yet another brutal RBBC for fantasy footballers.  From "The REAL Feed":

Patriots' Vereen, Ridley battle to replace Green-Ellis (http://www.nfl.com/news/story/09000d5d82962021/article/patriots-vereen-ridley-battle-to-replace-greenellis-)
NFL.com (27.05.2012 18:58)
The Patriots don't have a clear-cut option at starting running back following the departure of BenJarvus Green-Ellis. Early in OTAs, it appears Shane Vereen will be given a chance to be featured.

What I said above notwithstanding, this should still be considered a hit to Ridley's value and a boost to Vereen's.

Yea, but the Patriots will have to face the Eagles after Bradford has proven to be a poor fit for Chip Kelly's high-octane offense, which will by then be hitting on all cylinders with the well-suited Tim Tebow under center running the show, which, let's face it, really is Kelly's grand master plan!
