I have to ask this... Is there really any way Jon Gruden can lose today? As I see it, no matter what happens, he is going to get a lot of credit. He already is. I understand that he will not admit to something like this. For him in his mind, a Buccaneers victory is the ONLY way he wins today. Got that! But, my question is geared more toward the philosophical, long-term impact, not the obvious NFL-speak answer.

Poor coaching/game management by Callahan! Can he not add? I can understand why he went for the first 2-pt. conversion... to make the game a 24-point game, i.e. 3 touchdowns + 3 2-pt. conversions. BUT, after they failed in that attempt, why go for one the second time? Points-wise, they really only need 1 2-pt. conversion from here on out, and they could have made the game a 2-touchdown, 1 field-goal, 1 2-pt. conversion game. Now they would have to make 2 2-pt. conversions to get within a field goal. If they actually do make 2 more touchdowns, that would have to mean that they have the momentum. Why not go after that 1 2-pt. conversion after you've got the momentum? Not after the second TD, when missing it just takes whatever wind you did have back out of your sails. It probably is not going to come down to that, but that was still very STUPID!
