Just to bring this up to date.  I had contact as of late with Cirrinone.  His FFFL is officially a project disbanded.  I really think that is a shame.  That said, he was fighting the tide on some very basic fronts.

SO, the FFLA is back to its roots:  the GBRFL (and GBRFL2), FFL, NAFFLIU, IFLAF and CBFL.  And, ya know what, I'm cool wit dat! Regretfully, my initial "greater" vision failed.  But, I came to know that the "testosterone-filled pissing contests", which I knew existed, albeit retardedly, in these FF leagues is just difficult to overcome.  The good news is, though, that the effort has not been given up on.  The FFLA will press on.  We're just going to sit back and let it ferment a bit and get to a nice vintage.  The "Johnny come latelys" will eventually show and we'll... I'll be more in a position of "weeding through" the lists instead of "having to humbly persuade" (a bunch of testosterone-overflowing immature and/or relative do-nothing ingrates to serve them and get them in on the ground floor of a good thing).
