Free-agent Pecking Order

Guys,
Week 1 free-agents, AS ALWAYS, are acquired in a "two-round, worst-to-first format as per the final standings of the prior year." The "Draft Lottery" does NOT apply and neither does "Team #" which is the order we use for drafting our coaches. Picking up our coaches according to team # is just done for fun.
Every subsequent week, free-agents are acquired in the same format based on the prior week's standings. After overall record, the tie-breakers are: 1) head-to-head record & 2) points differential. If there ever were a tie, which there has never been, the higher pick would be given to the team who was "lower in the standings/had the higher pick the prior week." Got it!
