First of all, I second everything Mr. PeeteMaster (I'm sorry, bro', couldn't resist) puts forth, both on his implicit recommendation and, moreover, on his approach to the game. It is the right one! This "handcuff stuff" has gone way too far. Not guts, no glory! I would rather have a player who has upswing (in my mind) than a handcuffer. Hell, think about all the guys who "handcuffed" Mealey to Green. Waste! Moe Williams was the better pick-up this week (assuming he was available) in both hindsight and foresight. I have Green (in the GBRFL), but Moe was first on my list (ahead of Mealey - I got neither, too high in the standings ). As for Davenport, don't even feed me any bullshit that you knew he was the real handcuff. Regarding your sitch, go with Chandler over Huard. Huard just sucks big dick! He might as well be injured. At least when Chandler goes in the game, he is decent quality and if Miller goes down, you can definitely get the third guy in Chicago as easily as Huard at that time.

ugley, First off, thanks for getting my circumlocutiously explained point. Yes, I think you should (have) pick(ed) up Chandler over Huard, but NOT for the, now proverbial, "handcuff," BUT instead because he is the better player, dynasty considerations or not. Actually, though, regarding Akili, especially since you are in a dynasty league, I think he is worth picking up over Chandler, believe it or not, particularly considering the way Miller is playing, as WeinkeMaster pointed out. What the hell? Akili is more prototypical of that scrambling/running QB that is so en vogue these days. Things can't get worse in Cincy. I'd pick him up for the time being at least.
