What the hell should I do?  I have got Brian "Biscuits" Griese (sprained ankle), Jake "What's goin' on in the BoSox" Plummer (Boston - foot injury), Brad "'Runnin'' for his life" Johnson (O-linemen Walker/Jenkins out) and Steve "Gimme' the ball before I turn 90" Beuerlein.  I have to start 2 of them.  Which TWO do you think I should start? ??? Thanks!

Tough call Steg.  balt, cincy and Ny are ranked 4th,7th and 9th against the pass(usa today).  my best guess would be Greaser and Johnson.  Griese has the weapons (as long as they keep the k9,s off the field he should be ok).  cincy always finds a way to give up the ghost.  just my s.w.a.g. on it.

Griese will play, so start him and not Beuerlein.

Johnson doesn't throw those costly INTs, but he can't seem to throw TDs either.  Weak vote for BJ as well.

Well, Beuerlein is out as Griese will play.  So that leaves Griese, Plummer, and Johnson.

Johnson has a good matchup, Greise's is about even, and Plummers just fucking sucks.

Greise is playing very efficient football (51/77 for 532 yards, 6 touchdowns and 2 interceptions), and checks in at #11 as far as fantasy points scored by a quarterback this season. Rod Smith has been productive, with 15 catches for 163 yards and 2 touchdowns, and Ed McCaffrey has added 7 grabs for 96 yards and 1 touchdown so far this season.  He faces a stingy Baltimore defense, one that is ranked fourth in the NFL in terms of passing yardage surrendered (162.5 yards per game, on average) and which has allowed only 1 reception for a touchdown in their first two games.  Looks about even.

The Giants are 9th is passing yards allowed, and have only given up two TDs in the air this season.  Add to that Boston is somewhat injured, and this looks very bad.  If Boston is not at full strength, the Cards will have to rely on MarTay Jenkins and Frank Sanders (7 total receptions between the two of them in 2002).

Brad Johnson is efficient and careful with the ball, having tossed 75 completions for 688 yards and 3 touchdowns with 0 interceptions over 3 games.  The Bengals have given up 6 passing TDs so far this season, and Starting CB Artrell Hawkins may not be able to go for the Bengals, he has a calf injury that is limiting him in practice this week.

Looks clear cut to me.  Greise and Johnson

No but seriously Steg, have you considered looking at a possible trade to upgrade you QB situation? That's not much of a choice you got there.
It would seem to me, that if you wanted to win this year you would do something about that quarterback core.
