Me too!  A little different in the needs category...

I need Griese to get me 208 yards and 2 touchdowns passing.  I need Rod to out-catch McCaffery (and Portis) by about 40 or 50 yards or so and a TD-catch or two would be nice.  Also, if Portis were to rack up a scintillating 3.8 yards-per-carry on a bunch of rushes or something along those lines, that would be great!  I don't care what else he gets, FourTwoOh!  So, we do not have to root against one another.

Anyway, if these things were to happen, I, too, would be recipient of MNF karma!

Okay, I just cleaned all the vomit off my floor. I can come back to my beloved Gridiron now and post this...

And, if you don't agree with that, how about this argument...

I hate this thread! I need a stiff and for me it is just the middle of the day.

Think of it this way... at least there's next week.  In my league, there's 3 of us who have known each other for 8+ years.  One is out of the playoffs in div 1 (Dave), one is scrappin to hold onto first in div 2 (me) and one is scrappin to make 2nd place in div2 (Phil).

Dave's just put a whoopin on Phil, making me a happy camper

Quick, VERY quick, relevant philosophy lesson from our resident Philosophy scholar 'round these here parts:

Should have remembered that our (mis)interpretation of "Karma" is WAY inconsistent with the real meaning of "karma" !

For further instruction, take it to "the Sidelines"!  We'll consider it "enlightenment" for the sake of furthering one's fantasy football prowess.
