Starter decisions...

Two really tough calls to make this week, and it's one and out for me this week. Dillon vs. Pittsburgh (yuck) Taylor vs. Dallas (double yuck) I'm leaning towards Dillon here, even though he plays against a very tough Steeler D. Taylor is also going up a tough run D, but on top of that he is splitting time with Mack and losing carries at the goalline. Burress vs. Cincy Toomer vs. Houston Burress would normally be a no-brainer here, but Kordell scares the crap out of me. Out of 20 attempts he threw last week, he only tossed one in Burress's direction. That isn't good. Burress DID have a good game against Cincy earlier in the year, but if Barnaby's predictions hold up for Toomer, maybe Toomer is the better start. I think that the Houston pass defense is a little better than Barnaby predicts, so I'm leaning toward Burress here. Thoughts, my comrades?

Dillon, while not having the monster games of season past, is actually beginning to show real signs of consistency. Cockey, er Shockey, is probably gonna roll on Houston. That's gonna cut in on Toomers opps, and there has yet to be a game where Toomer and Shockey scored big. One or the other, but not yet both. Burress made his name known last year when Kordella was the only qb throwin'. I feel your pain, as I have to start Burress myself, but ther is at least a history of the two hooking up for good numbers in the past.
