I agree with all your starters except one and even it is a close call. I would go with Alexander over Tomlinson. I know the "cyclical theory," if applied here, would indicate the opposite, i.e. your conclusion, but Denver's rush defense can be STIFLING and I think they will come up BIG this weekend after the debacle last Sunday night and in what turns out to be (almost) a MUST-WIN game. I think San Fran's D can still be exposed (reference Monday night) and I just have a feeling Seattle, after a nice win over K.C., will play "up" and Holmgren will go deep into his San Fran notebook and pull out ALL stops in response to the Terrell Owens "Sharpie" incident. To me, Alexander versus San Fran has a better chance to hit "paydirt" than Tomlinson against Denver. Good luck, at any rate!

| In their first meeting this year, Tomlinson was held to 48 yards rushing and failed to score. I'd start Alexander.
