Fellas, if you have any "general" free-agent news, read comprehensive presentation or general speculation or rankings or not specific to a team, to report or discuss, let's keep it on this thread.  Here is a nice, exemplary piece to kick off the thread with:

I was  thinking of startined a separate thread for this article. I found it at the Buccaneers offical NFL team site. Then, I figured that, this wasn't just about Tampa Bay, but the entire NFL. I don't want to make a another boo-boo anways... bah!

http://www.buccaneers.com/newsroom/newspage.asp?newsid=2899&backpage =

The article basically talks about Restricted Free Agents, and llists Pat Kirwan's Top 13 Restricted Free Agents for 2003. Kirwan writes for NFL.com.

Thought this was a nice fantasy-specific piece on free-agent quarterbacks:

http://sportsillustrated.cnn.com/fantasy/football/news/2003/02/27/back_p age/.

A little late, as they are starting to sign, but it is a very good read, nonetheless.  I hope you all enjoy it!

WOW!  This is a nice resource!  A little late at this point, but I am glad I finally made the odd stop by TSN today.  Check this out:

http://www.sportingnews.com/nfl/freeagents/.

Now, that's sweet!  I'm tellin' ya all ya need in this hobby are the "big boys," like the ones displayed at Fantasyfootballer.com, with a little Fanball, KFFL "Hot Wire" and, eh-hem, "the Gridiron Newsstand" mixed in, and a no-nonsense, but fun FF message-board forum, eh-hem, i.e. "the Gridiron"!

Finally!!  A piece of news on my fantasy teams running back front.  As the proud owner of Stacey Mack(whom I traded Michael Pittman for), there is finally news that someone wants to visit with him.  ALthough the news is brief, at least it is news!!!  I was getting worried that no one liked Mack. I personally like the guy.   Had a solid year last year with over 800 yards and 9 TD.

Texans | Mack Visits
HoustonTexans.com reports free agent RB Stacey Mack (Jaguars) visited with the Houston Texans on Tuesday.

(the Texans site says even less than KFFL does.)

Just a nice piece covering all the top free-agent acquisitions thus far with fairly extensive commentary on each and claiming that the big-name, big-contract free-agent acquisition period has now come to a close:

http://sportsillustrated.cnn.com/inside_game/don_banks/news/2003/03/18/t op_moves/.

Time for a respite.
