I know what league you are refering too. Considering who is running it, I'd quit.

Sorry, I know you said to make you feel better. Maybe you can be a part of the Gridiron League when we get it started later on.

I needed to get to that spot, cause you know who traded for 1.1.

Anyway let me know I'd love to play in the league here.

Oh, this is confusing...

This is not a re-stocking draft, right?  It is a draft for a brand new league, yes?

If so, the short of it is that you got a 1.4 (and some late-round love) for a 1.10 and a 2.3.  So, you pick 4th and then you don't pick again until 35th (am I getting this right?).  Honestly, I would rather have picked 10th and 15th.  Maybe the late-rounders, particularly the 11th- and 12th-rounders, will make it worth it. Well, that's my take!

I know. If he doesn't get Ricky Williams, he'll take his ball and go home!

I know I put myself in a bit of a bind without a 2nd RD pick. I'm not done trading yet though. I just felt I needed to get one of the elite RB's to even compete. It's for no $ anyway. Actually I'm happy w/ what I did. I can draft with the best of them. I'm sure I'll surprise a few people on draft day.

You traded up to get Ricky, pure and simple. You knew that he'd be taken, and that just isn't acceptable to you, playing in a league and not having RW on your team.

And who called you a liar? Get your facts straight Sherlock...

exactly I traded up to get the best player IMO. But what does any of what goes on over there have to do with me over here? You said it would be different and I said it would be as I wouldn't bring the baggage over here but you were the one who started it.

Why the hell am I being blamed?

I just answered Sepph's question with an honest answer, that's all...

Question to you is, can you play fantasy football without Ricky Williams on your team? If the answer is no, you have issues. If yes, then I'll stop the Bouve bashing here

And you are out of control over there I might add.

I could draft anywhere and not take RW and field a great team but if I think he is the best player for next year why wouldn't I look into moving up in the draft to ensure I get him? We are playing to win right?

And if we are being honest your still a knob there and here

This will be my last post here and I get the feeling this place is like Germany during the war.

Best of luck Steg perhaps if your more loyal posters stick to your rules instead of your mods only policing the newer ones you may find better luck attracting posters.

Aww...darn!

I think it is hysterical that you call me a knob! I see you are thinking of Ricky as you vent your anger towards me!

And if this is Germany during WWII, then you must be France, whose city streets are lined with trees so the Germans can have a little shade.

Sepph,
I harbor no ill will towards you. I just think Bouve is annoying both here and there, everywhere I am sure.

If you notice the difference between here and there, you can see the quality and knowledge level here is much better, with absolutley no crap to filter through. Only football posts, which is how it should be!!

Don't sweat it!!

One last parting post:

Its not your fault. Remember how I told you that I should have signed up here under a different name? Well this is why. I was more then willing to come here with a clean slate and I did everything Steg asked of me and I ensured him I would be on my best behaviour and I was.

But sadly BW had to bring up stuff from that other site to here for no reason even after he said he wouldn't.

I would have been more then content to continuing to post here and I could probably give and get more football info here then there but Barnaby had to ruin that by calling me out.

So why do my posts get edited for calling him something when his post stays after he implies the exact same thing?

I don't mind the strict rules but at least be consistent.

I know it is but I cannot be to blame for it all. I swear to GOD I have never used an alias over there. All I do is post my opinion and they I am forced to standup for myself when people flame me.

Lately its not even that my opinion is different but because its me they criticize. A good example is the Cincy threads started by sadincincy. I was vocal about the signings being worthless as were a few others but sadincincy calls me out cause its the "cool" thing to do.

And I am done on this subject. Go if you want, stay if you please. I don't care.

Just look at page one of the other board and see how many of the posts are football related, and how many are Bouve related.

Football: 18
Bouve: 15 (this includes posts started by you)
There are a few others that don't qualify for either.

Yeah its pathetic I know. As I am posting over here someone is over there ghost bumping all the Bouve threads back to the top and of course I will be blamed for it.

It should be noted that once FFToday goes pay most people who either don't care or can't afford it will flock over here so be prepared for that.

If you are not responsible for any of that shit, then I appologize. It's kinda hard not to believe it, but I know enough people over there were worn by your constant RW posts to sabbotage (sp?) you.

I know I am not the only person here that agrees with me. The reaseon it is so strict over here compared to there is just for that reason: no crap, no alises, just football. It's the way it should be. Maybe I was too harsh, but it's just the way I felt. I was tired of the over-a-Bouve-ness of posts over there relating to you. Maybe they are not all yours, maybe they are. I don't really care anymore. If you can play by Steg's rules and like it here, stay. If not, then go.

I just hope Mike does something soon. Someone said he was away, not sure how they know but I suspect whoever is having the alias party was privy to that info earlier.

Like I said I can play by the rules just as long as none of what I do over there is brought up here.
