| They have the best offensive line they have had in 3 years, and their schedule looks to be a cupcake for the last 8 games. Warner is healthy, Faulk is healthy, all they need to do is find a fullback and I think they can easily go 11-5 this year.

| I agree that the offense should be fine, although I really think that the loss of Conwell will hurt more than most think, but how in the world will that "D" stop anyone? Teams will light up the sky against that terrible secondary.

| I hear you, man, but last year's secondary was pretty poor also. When Anneas Williams got hurt, the Rams were playing McCleon, Bly, Herring, Archuletta and Whitley. This year, Whitley is out for quite some time, but Willaims is back, so is Archuletta and McCleon was relegated to nickel back because his play was poor. The guy I think they'll miss is Bly. He could give up a big play or make a big play. I still think the Rams may find some veteran DBs when training camp cuts get made or salary cap cuts get made. All in all, I think the Rams secondary is very suspect, but it was last year too.

| OK, off the subject, but I like paulinst's picture the best so far! Pleasant surprise.

The superbowl and last year showed that he is more than willing to go away from what works (Faulk) and would rather attempt to prove that he is the reason for the rams success offensively. This is far from the truth however as we can see from Vermils work with K.C. he just happened to inherit a great team and it took him a while to take the greatness away from it. |
| I've seen lots of people with this opinion, but Im not sure it's completely accurate. it does have some truth to it, Martz has lost his mind at times as a Head Coach, but he has done some things to improve the team as well. His hiring of Lovie Smith and retoling of the defense was a great move. I never hear anyone give Martz credit for this. He is a lightning rod for criticism, people either dislike him or put up with his "arrogance", but his team and coaches and the St. Louis media all say he's a great guy. I don't konw.
