Who would you take?

Gone- Tomlinson, Williams, Holmes, Portis, Henry, Vick, M. Faulk, D. McNabb, S. Alexander, T. Barber... taken in that order.

This draft is different than the ones I've been in; I never usually see a QB taken in 1st round. There's 16 picks in the 1st, I have 12th, and then 5th in the 2nd. Who should I try and get? A decent RB and top WR, 2 decent RB's or what? Let me know who you'd take, I have until tomorrow...

Tough call. I'd lean towards taking Marvin Harrison, then in round 2, taking Dillon, Martin, Lewis or Davis.

I, personally, would try to get my hands on RB Jamal Lewis and WR Terrell Owens.  I think those guys are going to GO OFF in '03!  Remember this is about this upcoming year, not last year.  Harrison is awesome, but he was (valley-girl talk ) "SO last-year."

I think you have to go running back.  Jamal  Lewis or Willie Green come to mind.  Of those two, I would go Lewis.  No way you can wait til the second round to get a RB.

Depends a lot on your scoring. I agree I would probably take a RB (Lewis), but Culpepper, Gannon, Manning, and McNabb are out there plus the top receivers! Really depends on your league, lineup IMO!

I would go with Jamal Lewis, he is the next rated back on my board. Others to consider,  A.Green, F.Taylor, and E.James.

I'd go with one of these four:

Edgerrin James
Daunte Culpepper
Jamal Lewis
Peyton Manning

I would probably go either Owens or Harrison with the first pick, and then try to get a QB like Culpepper or Manning or a RB like Fred Taylor. Hope it helps

People don't really draft receivers in the first round, do they??

Well, with the 12th pick out of 16, I ended up doing it :-\. Someone following me also took T-O. I am going to try and trade to get 2 early 2nd rounders, though... and get 2 of Green, Lewis, Bennett, Dillon, Taylor. 2 Decent RB and 1 Superb WR, I don't find that too shabby. I may just go Manning or Culpepper with one of them though. Harrison scored more fantasy points than anyone using this system besides Holmes-- it was too tempting to pass up.

yeah will all the super stud RBs gone you had to go with the best on you're board I agree with Harrison. He's just so consistent. you still may land a good back or two and qb. I may even grab a big name qb in the second should rbs such as bennet, green, and other smaller names with big upside seem to be availible later on just try not to gamble too long or else you'll end up with James Stewart as you're #1 back. lol
