Of these QBs...

In my league we must START 2 QB's and after seeing them begin to go pretty fast in the draft, I traded Harrison (my 12 overall pick) for someone's 3rd, 4th, while they get my 5th. I know they got the better end of the deal, BUT, I will now have the 2 starting quality QB, 2 starting RB that I need going into the 6th round, having W. Green already. Now, I am the next pick after some guy; he may or may not pick a QB but this is who is left.

03.09: Pennington, Brady (the guy after me, pick 03.10 already told me he'd take whichever I dont). I like Pennington but losing Coles may hurt him. Then again, the Pats have no real good receivers either, and Brady managed last year. Also, Pats have no run game while the Jets probably will, whether it be C-Mart or Lamont Jordan.

03.12: Hasselback, Collins, Green, Maddox, Holcome, Plummer, etc. I like Hasselback a lot, with Alexander providing a compliment run and throwing to KoRo and Jackson, but Collins is also pretty good with Toomer and Barber running. Maddox has 2 great WR in Ward and Burress and Holcome could break out with his group of WR.

So, tell me who you'd take at 9 and 12. Thanks.

Personally, I would take Hasselback at 9. I think that offense is ready to explode. He proved at the end of last season that he is capable. I like Brady but he just doesn't have the weapons around him. If you can get Maddox, Green or Brady at 12 you should be pretty well off. Just my thoughts! I'm higher on Hasselback than many others though........ (Watch Holcombe too. He could be a real sleeper!)

As I have stated before in a previous thread, I see Kelly Holcombe being the "Kurt Warner" feel good story of this year. He will be beat out Couch for the starting job in the preseason and will have a very productive season. I see about 3800-4000 yards with 19-25 TD's.

I like them in the following order:

1. Collins - simple offense limits mistakes, great targets
2. Hasselbeck - great WRs and explosive offense
3. Green - best offense in the NFL even without quality wideouts
4. Pennington - outstanding ability, good decision-maker
5. Brady - proven QB even without great supporting cast
6. Maddox - Ward, Burress, Randle-El...
7. Plummer - Good offense, decent targets
8. Holcombe - might be a backup

I know a lot of people are talking about Holcombe, but I can't see using a 3rd round pick on a player who might not even be a starter...
