Did any of you guys see the Jets game this past week?  If so, what did you think about Curtis Martin?  He looked like he was running in mud.      I know its only one game, but he's either lost a step or his ankles are not completely healed.

Any thoughts?  and do you think that he will be the starter for the rest of the year.  I believe this is the last year in Lamont Jordan's contract and they have to find out what they have in him.

I do not think a season makes.  I think the better question is do you see the Jets offense?  It was bad.

BUT< even Martin says he made some big mistakes.  He missed a few big holes.  With that being said, did you see Lamont Jordans performance?  It was bad!  6 carries for ZERO yards.

Overall, that offense is going to struggle this year, but I personally thought that Martin looked fine.  However, no Jets should be relied on too much this year,... at least not until Pennington gets back, if he gets back.  I guess the best way for me to put this is...  I'll believe Martin's gettin' benched for Jordan when I see it.  Anything more I just see as MAJOR speculation.

Anyone who thinks Paul Hackett runs a good offense needs a good thwappin.  I actually just did an article on him, if you're interested.  Not much fluff, pretty much just goes through his bio.  Click the link in the sig.
