First off, welcome to "the Gridiron", friend!  I think you'll like the folks 'round here!  (Make sure to check your private messages!  Link is in the upper right-hand corner!)

I'd go with Holcomb at QB.  It's do-or-die time for him.  But, with all due respect, that's surely an ugly duo, though.

At RB, I'd take Lewis, obviously, and then go with Pittman by a hair over Duckett, even though the one weakness Tampa's defense has is their defense against the run up the middle by big backs.  I just think Duckett is still too unproven, especially as a consistent run-it-up-the-gut back.

At WR, go with your best bets, Harrison and Jackson.

For your TE, give Gonzalez a whirl.  He's due for at least a decent game.

As for making a trade, I would perhaps try packaging up Blake or Holcomb and Dunn or Pittman or Bryson for ANY of the three QB's you mentioned.  You could really use that trade!

I hope I've helped!

QB - Holcomb, but only because Blake might not play.

RB - Lewis and Pittman.  (Pittman isn't ideal, but he's got the best chance of the bunch you have.)

WR - Harrison and Jackson

TE - Gonzalez

If there are any David Boston fans in your league, try to trade him away for any of those QBs you mentioned.  Not trying to be mean here, but you have a really weak team.  Is this a very big league?  Your QBs and RBs are especially week (Jamal Lewis as the only exception).
