Yes you should trade.  Soon, before he changes his mind.   I would take Martin over Staley.  Why?  Because both players you get are upgrades and the only reason he is offering is that they have performed below expectations so far.  They will both rebound, McNabb more so than Martin.

Just like all sports.  Certain players you can pencil in for certain stats and two of those people are mcnabb and martin.
Make the trade as soon as possible.  He is down on them.  take advantage of your oppenents emotions as opposed to his brains.  
All that means is McNabb and Martin will get there numbers over 14 weeks.  Better for you if you make the trade.

It might not be the popular opinion on this thread , but If I was the owner, I would pass on the trade because martin is getting too old and I think philly's offense is going to struggle with the lack of depth and talent at WR.
