Wait until the news comes out tonight... Portis practiced (successfully) yesterday, but it was a non-contact practice.

He'll be participating in contact drills today at practice, and, if he comes out of it OK, he should be the starter.  If not, then plug Anderson in instead.

I have to assume that Portis really wants to play this weekend, to showcase himself against Priest...  I too have Portis and am really hoping that he's OK.

You think that's ruff.  In my $$$ league we require lineups in by Wednesday night.

Do what Philly said, but if the word coming out through tomorrow remains ambiguous, I would put Bryson on in!  I know that sounds nuts, but with having to have your lineup in by Friday and after watching how Bryson played last week, I would do it!  This is a real toughie, though.

I agree with Steg, but the news today seems pretty good.  The Broncos rested Portis for this game, and you know Shanny will try and play some mind games with KC, to make them spend some time in thinking and practicing for Portis and Mike Anderson and Q. Griffith (or is it Griffin?).

I'd take the risk and start Portis.  I know I am in my league.

The news from today looks good on portis.  In another league though how about some more advice.

James v TB- afraid to sit my stud(well supose to be a stud) will probaly explode if I sit him. Do nothing if I start him
O. Smith V Atl-very weak run D and Tice promised more carries, also promised 100 yards on his radio show this morning(sounds like randy ratio, scary)
