Here is another one of our fun participatory threads here in "the Red Zone" (to go along with our "Red Zone PRIMED Players for the Week").  It is called "Red Zone Fantasy MVP's of the Week".  Here, you are to list your key player(s) for the week, the one or ones that were key to your victory(ies).  I really think we can have some fun with this! You can expect this to be up every Monday/Tuesday from here on out!

My offense is offensive but i have to say 3 game balls to my defense.

J. Taylor 6 tackles 2 forced fumbles and a fumble recovery.

D. Brooks 44 yard interception for a TD and 7 tackles.

G. Wesley with 11 solo tackles and 2 assists.

And fantasy wise D. Carr did real well despite 3 picks.  371 yards a long and a short touchdown.

  to all of them.

Because of those guys I have a 13 point lead going it tonite on the highest scoring team in the league.

My game ball goes to the man that saved me in a HUGE way.  Torry Holt & the Falcons D for letting "Big Play" make the BIG plays.  I was down by 25 points going into MNF.  Thanks to Holt & Wilkins I am now in 1st place overall.

Money League: Torry Holt (28 points) -- although I needed 33 for the win since I had Trent Green on the bench this week. (Record 4-2)

KJ's Yahoo League: Derrick Mason (35 points) -- yet another close loss. (Record 1-5)

CBFL: Miami Dolphins and William Green

GBRFL2: Peyton Manning

Beat the 7-2 first-place team... for the second time this year; lose to the 3-6 ninth-place team... for the second time this year...  Hard to give game balls even though I knocked off the top dog.  But, I haven't been able to for a couple weeks now, falling from 5-2 and first place three weeks ago to 6-5 and middle of the pack now.

So, the game balls for my one victory for the week go as follows...

One whole game ball to Brad Johnson and one game ball to be shared by Priest Holmes and Jamal Lewis.

Steg....just curious think ideas for the future.

In that league do you use the same lineup for each game or can you try and matchup i.e. use a wr that goes with opponents qb?

THanks!

Scratch that!  Made a mistake with the 9th place team's lineup when I was doing my guesstimating!  Thought Carr had 3 TD's and that he had Streets in his lineup over Troy Brown.  WRONG!  And, as such, great news for the fans of the "Holmesosexual Priest" as Steggie comes out 2-0 on the week and climbs back into striking distance of first place.  GAME BALLS FOR ALL!

Last week's game goes to... BRAD JOHNSON! The guy threw for 268 yards 4 TD's, are you kidding me? His MVP performance led the Mile High Madness to victory and got us back to the .500 mark for the first time since week 1. Thanks Brad!
