I would go with Ramsey by a hair.  I just think that the Redskins and, in particular, their passing game is due for a REALLY BIG game and the Bills D seems ripe for the pickin'.  Hasselbeck may be a good play too this week going up against the Bears, so ultimately I think you have a "good" dilemma here.

The Bears have the worst pass rush in the league.  This week Hass won't be so keyed-on.
 
The Bills have a bad run D.  That might mean a bigger running game for the Skins, not big time passing.
 
I'd go with Hasselbeck for QB points.
