Hoping for some RB opinions

Lamar Gordon against a mediocre GB run D, but the chance they may want to rest his arm for the time they'll need him.  And they don't throw to him.

Steven Davis injured.  Against a Titans D that's tough against the run.  Deshaun Foster to rest Davis to health.

Moe Williams (one more time) against a Denver D that's tough against the run but is without Gold.  And Culpepper may not be given the chance to do his own running until he's healthy.

Michael Pittman against a beat up SF D that's been good against the run, but Alexander did fine against them last week.  And Pittman probably won't get passes.

This is my worst league so far this year.  The others are doing fine, but in this one I've sunk to 4th place (but I'm second in points).  I need to pull this one out.  There's one guy in there who I'm really laying for.  Every time I go to pick someone up, I'm looking at his name.  Help me get 'im, guys!!

Rest Gordon...no way I think this is a game they will need him.  Not to mention save him what for when Faulk is back/

I like Gordon.

I'm with Noey on this one.  They ain't restin' Gordon.  This is a BIG game and Gordon will get all the rest he needs as Faulk will be back soon enough.  I have to admit, though, you have good choices all around.  If Davis plays, I would ultimately rank them:  Gordon, Pittman, Davis, Williams, but all close.  I guess your asking about your #1 back, though, in which case I suppose your choices are not that good.

In two other leagues, I'm playing Jamal Lewis as number one RB.  (I rated Lewis higher than most people did, so I got him.)

In a fourth league I need to play Gordon and Pittman while Dillon sits.

But in this league, it sounds like you're saying sit Davis and play Gordon and Pittman and sit Williams.  Sounds like what you mean?  Sit Davis?  Although Davis could sit out the second half of the game.

Stting Davis is the safe move with the injury he has.  You don't want to take a chance on a player that may play 10 plays and reaggrevate the injury.

Definately use Gordon!

Thought about it, guys. And you're right.  I benched Davis for better days to come (good luck to all you Foster owners!), and I'm playing Gordon.  Although GB and StL may be a shoot-out with a whole lot of passing (unless Favre has his trouble in a domed stadium), I think you're right that Gordon has a better day than Williams, who may already be in the RBBC.  Thanks!  If I blow everyone away in that league, I'll buy you a drink!

In case Steg and Noey are still watching this, not to fear.  I won the game!  Played Bulger over Hasselbeck and played Steve Smith as a bye week fill in for Marvin Harrison.  Also stayed the course with Terrell Owens.  He only needed a quarter or two.

In fact, this week I won all four games in all four leagues.

Now comes the full mid-season for all of us.  Injuries factor in, and featured players are factoring in unexpectedly in a lot of teams.

Maybe that's an interesting thread.  The mid-season change-ups for fantasy owners.
