Kitna is scorching hot right now. The Bengals in arizona should put up great numbers. I also like Warrick to have his best game of the year as the not so deep arizona secondary tries to deal with Johnson.

Denvers "d" has played well. Porter is still unproven as a stud comming back from the injury. Also, what happens if Detroit gets in Tuiasosopo's(?) face? Any Raider play could be for suckers. I like McCardell against New Orleans. Brad Johnson loves throwin to him. Keyshon and the tight ends steal his Td's though. He gets enough play to go this week.

I think you're pretty solid with either QB play.  Johnson is steady, doesn't mistakes (if you lose points for INTs), and will throw in a big game now and then.  But I'd go with Kitna this week.  I think he has played very well, Rudi Johnson at RB is able to take some pressure off Kitna, and he has some sweet receivers to throw to.

For WR, I think there are too many questions in Oakland (despite their opponent) to be able to recommend Porter.  Brown is an enigma, so I'd avoid him too.  Go with McCardell.  He has been BJ's number one target and has been getting into the endzone too.

I too like Kitna in a sllight nod over Brad who is also a good play.  Brown is inconsistant along with Brady and the Pats passing attack. I would go with Porter myself this week, there is alot of questions around da raiders but the matchup is good.   It seems I have read that Jurevicous (sp) has practiced and will play this week which may cut into McCardell's production which has benifited directly from Joe's absense.  I will check on this.

Opps, Porter is dinged a healthy McCardell even with more compitition may be a better start

Raiders | Porter Limited, Questionable For Lions Game - from www.KFFL.com

Oakland Raiders WR Jerry Porter (abdomen) was limited in practice Wednesday, Oct. 29, and is listed as questionable for the Sunday, Nov. 2, game against the Detroit Lions. Porter practiced in a red jersey, meaning no contact. However, he's expected to play in Sunday's game.

Joe is practicing, maybe Brown is not so bad a play.

I think you go with the two hotter players for now.

Kina and MCCardell.  Kitna is doing really well and McCardell keeps finding the end zone.

I am with everybody regarding your receiver.  Go with McCardell.  Actually, the rest of what I am going to write is going to kind of indirectly support that.

As for your QB sitch, the "hot hand" approach is one approach.  There is also the "cycles/who's due?" approach.  I think Brad is due for a big game against the Bucs' inner-division rivals, the Saints, who have had Tampa's number, which could come to mean a late comeback and/or high scoring game in which there is a lot of passing.  I don't know... My "cycles" theory is just telling me that Kitna is going to come down a little this week and Brad is due for a big game.  Then again, you guys know me when it cums to my boy Brad.

While Jurvicius has practiced this week as I have reported it seems from other things I read that he isn't near 100% and as a result his playing time and or effectiveness maybe limited. This makes McCardell a very good play still for this week. I would watch Jurivicius' progress as it will cut into McCardell's action later on down the road. There is something to be said for Stegrock's "cycles"  theory as the go with the "hot hand" method has you starting last weeks "stud" instead of this weeks stud. While Arizona  looks like easy pickings for Kitna it may turn out to be too easy. a quick strike to Chad and Dillon , Rudi, Dillon the rest of the way may lead to a winning game but lackluster fantasy performance by Kitna. I'm sure that coach Lewis would like to see the Bengals win without a big air show     (running and D for a change )
Brad maybe forced by the way the game unfolds to have a big day. As the Saints have played the Bucs hard and high scoring in every recent encounter.

Steg may have a point...but if you go with MCardell and Johnson and they don't do well well then you have eggs in one basket what a mess.  Split it up and hope for the best and just hope Johnson does well throwing to McCardell.

I would definitely go with Kitna at QB.  He's having a nice year and faces Arizona this week.

At WR I would go with McCardell hands down.  Johnson seems to be looking to him pretty regularly.  I still question Porters health and the ability of Tuiasosopa to get him the ball, even if they are facing Detroit.  As for Troy Brown, I wouldn't sart him unless I had to.  When Brady does pass he spreads the ball all over the place.

This should just put the exclamation point on Troy Brown:

"According to a report broadcast on ESPNews, Troy Brown was added to the team's injury report Saturday, listed as doubtful with an unspecified leg injury."
