Overseas at the moment - need some help

Guys,

I'm currently overseas with limited access to the internet, and I need some help since I've gone from 6-1 to 6-4 in the last 3 weeks.

At QB I have to pick between Brady vs a tough Dallas D, or Maddox at SF on Monday night.  Both are tough games, and both QBs are up and down.

I can also start 2 RB and 4 WR, or 3RB and 3 WR.  Scoring for both is 1 point per 10 yards, 6 per TD (with additional points for length of TD), and bonuses for going over 100 yards rushed or received.  I have:

Portis, J. Lewis, Moe Williams, Hambrick, Buck (probably getting rid of), C. Johnson, Mason, Burress, McCardell and Streets.

As of now, I am starting Portis, J. Lewis, Moe, C.J., Mason, and McCardell.  If McCardell is a no-go (If i see it in time), I will start Streets in his place.  Should I start Streets anyway in place of anyone on that list, or does anyone think Burress will go off on MNF?

Lastly, I have Conwell and Becht at TE.  I've been thinking about replacing Becht with either Kleinsasser or Graham (NE), and starting the one I pick up this week.  Conwell's goose-egg before the bye week did not give me confidence that Brooks will look to him as the NO offense gets better.

I could use all the help I can get this week, since the guy I play is only one game behind me in my division, and a loss to him would put us in a 2-way tie.

Thanks guys.

Edited to ask one more question....... It looks like CBuck has gone back to RBBC.  Should I pick up one of Chester Taylor (J. Lewis backup), L. Jordan (getting more carries), Wheatley or Fargas (if Garner is down)?

I'd go with Brady, but as you can see I'm a Pats fan.  I have absolutely NO faith in Plaxico.  I picked up both Graham & Fargas in recent weeks for my yahoo league.  Wheatley got in some trouble in case you didn't know he reportedly attacked a photagrapher outside a courthouse.  Now this is the Raiders so he'll likely see action still, but I like Fargas especially if you get points for kick/punt return yards.

Wow...questions GALORE.

QB - Maddox, most definitely.  Brady is a scary start from week to week, and definitely not against Dallas.

RB/WR - Portis, Lewis, Johnson, and Mason are locks.

I would also start Moe Williams and Streets with your other two slots.

TE - Becht is your best bet here.  The Jets are looking his way more and more now that Pennington is back...and with Chrebet out for the season, Becht is going to see even more possession dumpoffs.

Waiver - I would hold onto Buckhalter for now...Wheatley is tempting, but in the long run I don't think Garner will be out long and Wheatley has been a perennial disappointment.

I agree with everything jetdoc said... EXCEPT...

Grab Kleinsasser and start him at TE.  He's healthy and is getting looks from Culpepper.

Also, if you're dead-set on waiving Buckhalter, grab Chester Taylor.  He's already grabbing some carries from Jamal, and with the Ravens QB woes, Jamal will be asked to do even more (and greater risk an injury).

At QB, man, I don't know.  That's a tough one.  I just got a feeling that Cowher, Maddox and the Steelers will have a good showing on Monday Night.  I think it will be a fairly high scoring game regardless of who wins.

At RB/WR, after the obvious, I would go with Moe and, actually, Plaxico.  He's due, I think; he has to get his 1,000 yards somehow and I think this will be one of the games that helps him get there.  Given where all of our other esteemed Gridironers stand, though, I will say that I think Streets is also a decent play and he would be my second choice here.  McCardell, I would cross off your list completely for this week.  He's also due for a down game, anyway.

At TE, ...  I liked what Philly had to say, though.  I'd go with that.

Regarding the RB thing that you added, I would take Wheatley or Fargas over Buck, but not the others.

Good luck, in any event!

And, by the way, Colaman, where are you?  You wouldn't happen to be in Asia, would ya?
