He played the whole second half of yesterday's game on this cracked fibula of his. Studly! It was a gallant effort, no doubt! But, did he worsen the injury by continuing to play on and will that game end up being his last for the '03 season? Here's what ALL the LOCAL sources available on the "Gridiron Newsstand" are saying (and what Gregg Williams is not):
Pick up Sammy Morris is you have a slot. A while back, the Bills debated starting Morris over Henry. He could get most of the carries if Henry is out for a while, and today they're saying Henry could be out for a while. And the Bills sure do need some stuff on O!
As for McGahee, today the Bills are saying he's not ready.

I give the guy credit for playing through the injury, but his numbers were far from impressive after the fact and I have to question the decision of the coaching staff to let him continue. I bet they sit him now that they're all but eliminated from playoff contention...
Will we see McGahee? Only time will tell, but as his anxious owner in the GBRFL2, I hope he's ready. Why rush him? Just bring up some schmo and let McGahee get back to 100% for next season.

Any interest in dumping McGahee? He's damaged goods.
