Bill Parcells will hold a press conference at 1:30PM today to dicuss?????
 
Quincy Carter was nowhere to be found at training camp this morning....
 
Could it be that the Cowboys are going to cut Q-Dog??
 
It seems outlandish, but I am just putting two and two together.
