No, this isn't a new Microsoft operating system release.  This is your opportunity to share your statistical "windows" for players on each of the NFL teams.  Our fearless leader, StegRock, refers to these statistical ranges as "windows" and, to show due deference, I will continue that modus operandi.

Every few days as we lead up to the regular season, I'll post a new team.  Put your estimated 2004 statistics for players on that team in the thread.  If enough people participate, these threads should produce some pretty helpful information for player rankings leading up to your drafts.

Feel free to give windows for as many players as you feel confident.  If you play IDP, go ahead and include some defensive player statistics as well.  You can just list the player with the windows or you can give reasons for your rankings as well.  Discussions of others' rankings are welcome too.

Be sure to scroll down the list and find the Windows for other teams and contribute there as well!

QBs
Philip Rivers: 2200-2400 PaYds, 10-11 TDs, 12-14 INTs
Drew Brees: 700-900 PaYds, 3-5 TDs, 4-7 INTs
Looks like Brees will start the season with Rivers missing time in camp. However, the Chargers traded for Rivers for a reason and he will start before long. The only QB with any fantasy potential this year is Doug Flutie, and he may not play at all.

RBs
LaDainian Tomlinson: 1500-1650 RuYds, 12-15 TDs, 550-650 ReYds, 2-4 TDs
Jesse Chatman: 200-250 RuYds, 0-1 TDs
Michael Turner: 150-200 RuYds, 0-1 TDs
LT2 needs no hype from me. Everyone in fantasy football knows his credentials. The question is whether he can stay healthy since he has been worked very hard each year he has been in the league. The defense knows who is getting the ball.

WRs
Kevin Dyson: 650-750 ReYds, 3-4 TDs
Tim Dwight: 500-600 ReYds, 2-3 TDs
Reche Caldwell: 300-400 ReYds, 0-2 TDs
Kassim Osgood: 200-300 ReYds, 0-1 TDs
One of the worst group of wideouts I've seen in a long time. There is nothing here to excite a fantasy owner.

TEs
Antonio Gates: 550-700 ReYds, 4-6 TDs
Justin Peelle: 100-200 ReYds, 0-1 TDs
Antonio Gates should be a very solid #1 FF TE. He is really the only option other than LT2 on the team. Peelle could be a solid backup if Gates is hurt.

QB
Doug Flutie - 1250 - 1600 yards, 7 - 10 touchdowns passing & 175 - 225 yards, 2 - 4 touchdowns rushing
Drew Brees and Philip Rivers combined - 1300 - 1500 yards, 8 - 10 touchdowns passing

RB
LaDainian Tomlinson - 1450 - 1600 yards, 10 - 14 touchdowns rushing & 500 - 675 yards, 2 - 5 touchdowns receiving
(I expect a bit of a fall-off from last year for Tomlinson; they don't have a David Boston to keep defenses even just somewhat honest like they did last year and unless they go with Flutie, which does NOT seem to be the case, they are going to have VERY shaky quarterback play, either from a late-signing rook or a third-year stinkaroo.)

WR
(They ALL pretty much blow (especially from a fantasy standpoint).  The only guy as I see it worth rolling some dice on late in your fantasy drafts is Kassim Osgood.  Tim Dwight might also be a "serviceable" #4 in fantasy leagues.  Kevin Dyson is a proven "NFL" #3.)
