Bills Offseason Report

Rookie QB lost!  From "The REAL Feed":

ROOKIE QB GETS UNLUCKY BREAK
Sporting Life: NFL (25.08.2004 01:54)
Rookie quarterback JP Losman broke his fibula in practice and will be sidelined eight to 12 weeks.

If Bledsoe were to falter this year, Travis Brown, who, rumors have it, has looked good this off/preseason and wants an opportunity to start, could become a fantasy factor.  With Losman, who hasn't lit the world, no less Buffalo, on fire, now out of the way, Brown should register on your fantasy radar, albeit somewhere fairly remotely.

I seriously doubt that Bledsoe would be benched in any situation this year.  Most people, like myself, consider JP to be a long term keeper for 2005 or 2006.  That being said, breaking a leg doesn't help but it doesn't really matter because it should heal fine.

Travis Brown was 14-18 last year but I don't know when he played.

Bledsoe may not have the option to sit.  Losman down, now Brown down.  Maybe they're making phone calls tonight.
