Vick or Carr and others! Help me choose!

I'm starting C-Pep (we start 2 QBs) but, how can I justify sitting Vick against SF? I have Carr -vs- SD though so, maybe I can? Whats your opinion?
 
Also, pick 4 of 6 of these D-Backs :
D.Darius @ Buf.
D.Sharper @ Car (Mon. Nite).
C.Chavous -vs- Dal.
R.Williams @ Min.
Sean Taylor @ TB. (rookie stud!)
B. Scott @ SF.
 
And I am still deciding on a few DL-men, pick 3! please,
J.Abraham -vs- Cin (against Palmer - can't lose!).
D.Freeney -vs- NE (thurs. Nite!).
D.Howard -vs- Sea.
A.Weaver -vs- Cle. (against Garcia!).
UDEZE -vs- Dal (Vinny gets a warm welcome back! to starting lineup - by the way, Udeze is a rook but is starting).
 
Of importance, sacks in our league are worth 12 points a piece.
 
LBs pick 4 :
Urlacher -vs- Det. (is he healthy?)
Julian Peterson -vs- atl.
N.Barnett -vs- Car (mon Nite).
Andra Davis -vs- Bal (should produce mega tackles in this game).
M. Washington -vs- TB.
T.Suggs -vs- Cle.
 
I am really wanting to start SOMEONE from atlanta going up against SF because of their obvious lack of talent.
I am starting S.Alex & LT2 as my RBs and sitting Duckett. But if I also sit Vick then, the only other player I own on atlanta is M.Jenkins (rook) and B.Scott-DB.
It would be a shame to sit both Vick & Duckett but, I just might have to!?
What do you all think?

Dude, you gotta start Vick.  Not much of an argument here.  Carr will continue to improve this season, but you can't bench Vick, at least not this week.  Schottenheimer, if nothing else, is a defensive guru.  San Diego might actually be respectable on defense.  But, whatever, that argument isn't that strong.  Just go with Vick!  And, good luck, brother!

Personally, I don't think Mike Vick can pass worth a lick.  What he can do is run like Barry Sanders.  
 
Let's face it, though.  This San Diego team, if not for LT, could be one of the worst teams to hit the field ever- seriously.  They are putrid.  Their defense was torched last year, and in my mind, they've done very little to improve.  This will be Marty's last season.
 
Houston is at home against a weak defense.  I'd start Carr, knowing that Houston's schedule gets much tougher.  Carr could throw for 300 yards and two scores.  One of those scores could be a long bomb.
 
Just remember you heard this from Sheetserr.

SD will not be good, but SF will be just as bad.  SF will be lucky to get 11 first downs all year, Vick will get at least 2-3 more possessions than Carr because LT2 and Shott will be running the ball and eating up clock if they can.  
 
Start Vick and don't look back.

Vick.  Houston will run the ball and run it some more this game.  Atlanta will at least try to pass some and Vick gets you those rushing yards and TDs too.

That's exactly why you should play Vick.  Rushing gives you more points than passing in a typical system (I don't know if such applies here, granted).  A 300-yard, 2-touchdown passing game is NOT as good as a 200-yard, 0-touchdown passing game accompanied by 75 yards and 2 touchdowns rushing... in most systems.

Your point is well taken.  I guess there really is no reason to believe that Vick won't rip off a couple of large runs.  A 20+ yard TD scramble isn't out of the question.

yes in fact Steg, QBs get 0.15 points per yard (equivalent to 1.5 per 10 yards) in our system and so, I am convinced! Vick is starting!!! Thanks!

Thanks Philly, your the only one so far who has posted on my IDP choices, and it is much appreciated! I am finding it tough to sit Urlacher though, still some time left to see whether or not he'll start. I agree with all your other choices though, thanks again!

I hear ya on Urlacher... I'm just not convinced he is 100% yet.  Keep tabs on the sitch and find out how he is doing in practice.

Also, perhaps, I might BEE willing to gamble on Sean Taylor instead on Roy Williams seeming that I am playing a Gag-spansion team this week and basically just sitting back, twiddling my thumbs and laughing at the meeble, feeble & weakly-meekly attempt at PineApple's (sameold : Insane Gang Bangers) team making any threat against my stud-a-roni's and that includes my back-up players as well.
 
Just j/king Justin, good luck this week bro! I am excited to have you in the league and to be playing you in your FIRST INSANE GAME ever!!
