"The two-time Pro Bowler has been stuck in neutral since the team switched its primary base offense to the new set of personnel that uses an extra tight end instead of a fullback. He voiced his discontent to offensive coordinator Mike McCarthy in a meeting Monday and re-iterated his feelings Thursday. "
 
McCarthy:  "I'm the one putting in the plays, and he's the one running them. If he's not comfortable, then it doesn't make any sense for me to be putting those plays in."
