QB waiver ?

L1) have Carr (bye), Harrington @ NYG on bench. Griese vs CHI, Boller VS BUF, Brees @ CAR, Garcia vs PHI avail on WW. i'm leaning towards Brees or Griese. i think Harrington is gonna be in for a long day. who would you pick up off WW???? scoring (QB) td = 4 pts, 40+ yd td = bonus, int = -1, 25 yds = 1 pt L2) have R. Moss (inj?), Holt, Lelie and Gonzalez. [must start 3]. i have a pending trade that would send Holt away and bring me Burleson (there is more to the trade {i wrote on that topic earlier - under trade?} but my main ? is what to do with my 3 WR/TE slots). Campbell & Wiggins from MIN are both avail on WW, M Robinson already taken. i am playing the lucky sob that has Culpepper this week #7 and in week #9. it looks like Moss prob wont play at least this week. i was thinking of starting Burleson (if the trade goes thru), and picking up Campbell & Wiggins to counter Culpepper. if the trade doesnt go thru i was thinking of starting Holt, Campbell & Wiggins but that would mean sitting Gonzo & Lelie in both circumstances. scoring longer td = more points (ex. 5yd td = 3 pts, 50 yd td = 15 pts), 25 yds WR/RB = 1 pt what do you guys think??

| I'd lean towards Griese right now. I think he has a better match-up than Brees this weekend (Carolina run defense stinks, but pass defense is not too bad -- plus Brees might be down to only Eric Parker at WR if Keenan isn't ready yet). Griese has been quietly very effective. Good completion percentage, not many mistakes, and is working well with the rookie, Michael Clayton. Quote:L2) have R. Moss (inj?), Holt, Lelie and Gonzalez. | I don't necessarily believe in digging that deep (Kelly Campbell) to counter another team's players - what happens when you start Campbell and then Culpepper goes out and throws 6 TDs to Mewelde Moore and Marcus Robinson? You can't counter that and you're doubly screwed because you have a stiff (Campbell) in your starting lineup. I'd go with Holt (terrible match-up, but he's a stud), Lelie (facing a horrendous Bengal defense), and Gonzo (he had 106 yards and a TD against Houston a few weeks ago).
