trade ? again

i know i'm killing you guys with all the ?'s but i'm just looking for other opinions.
just offered a variation of trade i've been asking you guys about all week.
my team now, 4-1-1, 12 team redraft
QB: Harrington, Testaverde
RB: C Mart, Jordan, Wheatley, Bell, C Taylor (only good for wk 7 & 8), D Davis, J Wells [start 2]
WR/TE: R Moss, Holt, Gonzo, Lelie [start 3]
K: Wilkins, J Brown
DEF: BAL, BUF
the trade offer as of today:
i get Hasselback, Burleson, & Kennison
he gets: D Davis, Wells, & Lelie
that upgrades my QB alot (skill & schedule wise), but now my 2nd RB is Wheatley - a downgrade but Davis hasnt done much this year and Houston has a tough schedule rest of year), WR is about the same.
if i do the trade above then i will try to trade with a 2nd owner (i play in wk 8) for E James & D Jax. He originally wanted R Moss & C Taylor for them. i dont want to trade Moss (or do i), so i was gonna try some mix of Holt, Wheatley, Taylor, Bell, Kennison for them.
what do you think? thanks. KC
