Regarding Levens, I believe he'll do OK, but he won't put up anywhere near the yardage numbers that BWB did. Look for 10 carries for about 40 yards and a TD max. (http://ffpro.com/teamreports/eagles/eagles-footballinfoframes.htm) When Onterrio returns (week 9), he'll probably share carries with Mewelde. Both of those backs are also very involved in the passing game, which helps add to their totals. Brad Hoover did very well last week, however he faces a Seattle team that is desperate for a win this weekend. I'd rank him first were it not for the dire situation that Seattle finds itself in. I do like Hoover against Oakland in week 9. Sammy Morris will continue to get carries for Miami, but his upcoming schedule is not an easy one. Derrick Blaylock could be a good choice if Priest is at all hampered by his ankle sprain. But I'm sure he'll be the darling of the waiver wire this week coming off a 4-TD performance. William Green would not make my list. He could lose the bulk of his carries to Suggs at any point, and his schedule (bye, @BAL, PIT, NYJ) for the next month is not conducive to fantasy success.
