Trade Thought - Trade deadline the 19th

How about this one:
 
I give up C. Johnson and M. Faulk and get E. James and A. Toomer.  
 
Here are some thoughts on this.  
1) I would still have Givens and Coles to start at my 2 WR spots.  
2) The Bengals have a tough schedule ahead of them
3) Faulk could begin to lose carries to Jackson
4) Faulk's value is pretty high after last week's performance.
5) Toomer could gain some value. (I might even drop Toomer and pick up Branch, if I can.)
 
I almost got this guy to bite on Givens and Faulk for James, but he wanted someone he could protect.  We protect one player in our league.  The owner's team is pretty thin besides James.
 
Those are my thoughts.  What are yours?  
 
Our trade deadline is the 19th

...Or, what if I gave up C. Johnson and M. Faulk and got A. Green in return?  
 
The guy who has Green is a little thin at WR.  He also has what it probably the best team in the league.  He has Barber as his other RB.

i like both of those trades i think james will finish strong, i think you could end up starting toomer over coles just cause of the eli effect.  so i would do either of  those trades if i had to pick i would probally do the edge trade just cause you get toomer and edge has no other backs splitting carries and green is spelled from time to time
