QB and RB Help?  Hass or Gries?

Who should I start?
 
1)Hasselback against Dal or Griese against Atl??
 
2)Pick Two out these running backs.  McAllister, Pittman, Westbrook?
 
I need a way to get in the playoffs.  Thanks

I'd choose Griese, since he is playing alot better than Has right now.  
 
AS for the RBs, I would pick Westbrook and Pittman. Both of them are playing very well right now.  Duece is having a disappointing year along with the rest of the Saints.

This week I'd play Deuce over Pittman.  The Falcon run D is good, and they held Pittman to 78 total yards last time around.  Deuce stands a better chance against a banged up CAR defense.
