Who to start at RB?

Here are my RB options

T. Jones vs. Texas
L. Johnson vs. Denver
S. Jackson @ Arizona
M. Faulk @ Arizona

Jackson and Faulk may both be available.  I have read that Jackson will start if he is ready to go.   L. Johnson will start and Blaylock said he will not play this weekend.

Who should I start?

Well if it were me, I'd go with Johnson and Jones.

My original post had the wrong match up and I apoligize if you read it.  Im sure you were like "WTF" if you did.

Anyway, Johnson and Jones BOTH will be playing in sub freezing temperatures which makes for a bitch of a passing game and a whole lot of running.  Denver has been pretty good as a rush stopping defense, but they have allowed quite a few rushing TD's.

Faulk and Jackson would be a tough call only because they have a trend of split carries.  I would say both will prolly get a TD (Faulk on the receiving side) but I see that they will again split the carries against the loley Cards.

*edit*  I'm relatively new at posting on boards, so bare with me plz.

Gotta go with Larry Johnson at this point, especially if Blaylock will not be playing.  In KC, against Denver, he'll have a good game.  After that, I go with Jackson if he plays, moreover, if Faulk doesn't.  Jones, however, may be the safer bet vis-a-vis Jackson, but Jackson's upswing against Arizona would just be too hard for me to pass up.  Good luck!

I would go with L.J. at Denver.  Jones would probably be my second choice unless you are absolutely certain which back will start in STL.  Because of the doubt surrounding that situation I would avoid it.

Larry Johnson is a must start as he has produced recently and is a sure starter on a solid offense.  Denver defense has been up and down lately after a solid start, but they'll have to pay a lot of attention to Gonzo and Eddie Kennison (yes, him).

For your second starter, stick with Thomas Jones unless you are absolutely sure that Stephen Jackson is going to be ready to run.  Check the practice reports after today's (Friday's) sessions.  If he hasn't practiced, then put Jones in the lineup.  If S-Jax practiced full-speed without incident, then I'd go with him against a shaky Cardinal defense.

I think everybody nailed this one, Thomas Jones and Larry Johnson are the safer choices.  Nobody knows what's going on with the Rams running game this week, and they could actually end up starting Arlen Harris.

I agree with Oakland4life, Philly and Jake.  And WELCOME, Fellow Faithful Oakland4life!

1.  T. Jones - The score should not run up to a situation where the Bears need to go to the pass (if they find a passing game), and Jones should get touches in the passing game anyway.  Plus HOU is giving up rushing yards.

2.  L. Johnson - Holmes out, Blaylock questionable, good O-line.  The Donkeys are a good run D, but they are giving up some run yards and some run TDs.

3.  Jackson / Faulk - ARI run D has been bad, but which RB will get the touches?
