At QB I need to pick two of the following (listed in the order I rank them),
 
Delhomme @ Atlanta
Plummer @ Kansas City
Griese vs. New Orleans
 
At RC I need to pick three of the following (listed in the order I rank them),
 
R. Smith @ Kansas City
Bruce @ Arizona
Kennison vs. Denver
J. Smith @ Green Bay
Rice @ New York Jets
S. Moss vs. Seattle
K. McCardell @ Cleveland

Atlanta's pass defense is actually quite good.  I understand your logic on trying to stick with your most consistent quarterback, but I would probably start either Plummer or Griese.  Maybe the slight edge goes to Griese because of home-field advantage and there will probably be better weather in Tampa Bay as compared to Kansas City.
 
At receiver, definitely Rod Smith and Bruce as you ranked them.  For your third guy, I think Jimmy Smith is a more dependable option over Eddie Kennison.

The weather is supposed to be real bad in Green Bay this week. I have to start Favre and Walker, but I am not real thrilled about it. I think I'd go Plummer and Griese, and Smith, Kennison and Bruce.

play the two jakes! though griese will have a good game...i think the others have more at risk...like a playoff spot.....

Wow, Jake Delhomme played pretty damn well, much better than I expected.  Good ranking Steg.
 
What a great game, it sucks Carolina lost, but I guess in the NFC this year someone might sneak in at 7-9.

Damn - have you seen tonight how MANY NFC teams are statistically alive at 5 & 8?  It would not be a surprise!
 
Steg was certainly right about Delhomme, too.  But after watching Jake play for an opponent in a league, I am not surprised.
