I have received another trade offer that I think I have to accept. Again, it's a 12 team league and I have the 3rd overall pick. The guy with the 8th overall pick has offered me his #1 and #2 for my #1 and #4. I would appreciate your thoughts on this, as well as if you think I should draft 3 straight rbs or take 2 rbs and then a wide receiver?  Thanks!

Nope. being a 12 team league, you don't have to take it.  I am the same person who said take the earlier deal.  But to be honest, after thinking about it, if passing TDs are worth 6 points, I would stay.  If Manning happens to be drafted #1 or #2, then I would consider moving down........

Obviously Peyton is worth a lot in your league.  TWO guys have offered something for it.  Doesn't that make you think maybe you should stay????

Thanks for your input Dirk. The guy backed out on his offer anyway. By the way our league gives 4 points for a passing td. I still have the original offer on the table from the 7th rnd guy. If I don't trade down, I think I'm gonna take a risk on Holmes and try to pick up Larry Johnson as insurance. Rbs fly off the board fast in our  league and I just can't see Manning  even being close to matching his numbers from last season.
