WTS at TE and QB?

My starting TE has a bye this week. I picked up Jerramy Stevens to fill in for the week. Ben Troupe is also available. Should I go with Stevens (vs. ARI) or pick up Troupe (@StL).

I think that I should start McNair (@StL) over Hasslebeck (vs. ARI) this week. What do you think?

As for the TE,... At QB, I would go with Hasselbeck over McNair, however.  I don't think Arizona's offense is as bad as people think.  I just think they ran into (a tough Giants D and) a not-as-weak-as-people-think Rams D that just got off to a rough start (especially on special teams) in the first half... quarter in San Fran.  The point is that the Rams D can be tough at home.  Hasselbeck, on the other hand, gets to play at home against an Arizona D that I do think is still pretty weak.  Good luck!
