Rams In-season Report

UPDATE - From "The REAL Feed": Rams RB Jackson expects to play on Sunday The Sports Network: NFL (30.09.2005 19:46) It is actually the injury not headlined that I am most concerned about. (Turf) Toe injuries can ruin seasons... and even careers. Bruce, though not in late years, did have a history of injuries ruining seasons, and he's not getting younger. I'd REALLY watch this one and, perhaps, even try to move Bruce in a trade a.s.a.p. if possible.

Listen, you don't have to like the guy to feel bad... and worried for him. My chest is achy just from reading this... From "The REAL Feed": Martz may have bacterial infection of the heart SI.com: NFL (05.10.2005 17:30) From a fantasy perspective, though, frankly speaking, if he is unable to (continue) coach(ing), this may be addition by subtraction.

In case you were on Mars during Monday Night Football,... from atop "The REAL Feed"... Bulger forced out with shoulder injury The Sports Network: NFL (18.10.2005 02:46) If this is severe,... how long does Jamie Martin remain at the helm? And, if not for long,... they don't go to Ryan Fitzpatrick out of Harvard, do they? They go after a free-agent, right? Who would it be? Jeff George is still seeking one last chance, and, all kidding aside, he would fit this offense perfectly, frankly speaking. All these questions and all this speculation could become HUGE or moot over the next 24 or so hours...

Martz may not be back in 2006 From the St. Louis Dispatch: http://www.stltoday.com/stltoday/sports/stories.nsf/rams/story/1A79FAE22 9263A17862570A60018C3A7?OpenDocument Excerpt: Will Rams coach Mike Martz be back in 2006? And under what conditions? A tug of war is developing between Martz and Rams management over Martz's future with the team, and the battle lines appear to have been drawn.

Bulger's season is officially over and, all things considered, it's for the best... From "The REAL Feed": Rams make it official, place Bulger on IR ESPN: NFL (21.12.2005 11:37) Rams make it official, place Bulger on IR by Len PasquarelliConceding that Marc Bulger's right shoulder would not be sufficiently rehabilitated for the final two games of the season, and that little could be gained by pressing him back into action, the St. Louis Rams have placed their starting q...
