Are these offers as ridiculous as I think?

One guy in my league offered the following

He would give
Chris Brown and Roy Williams (this was pre-injury)
And I would give
Steven Jackson and Marvin Harrison

He would give
Dallas Clark
and I would give
Jerramy Stevens

Standard yardage, no pts/rec, 6 pts for any TD, start QB, 2 RB, 2 WR, TE, PK, DST.

Are these as one-sided as I think they are?

They seem pretty one sided with you getting the short end of the stick.

The guy who sent me these offers, which I very quickly rejected, is well known within our league for offering extremely one sided deals.  I thought that several outside opinions would help determine if this guy just has a bad rap or really offers up bad deals.

the first deal is awful for you, the second deal could go either way.

The first deal is downright absurd...

As for the second, it all depends on who you are a fan of...  I happen to like Clark (more than I probably should) and not be a very big fan of Stevens (though I don't dislike him).  So, for me that second deal is at least in the realm of the reasonable, but whether one does it or not is really a matter of preference.

Second deal - I like Stevens better.  I think he'll be targeted more and will get more chances.  I would not trade him for Clark.

yes they are ridiculious.  the first one is way lopsided.  the second one bears more merit.  but dallas clark seems to be too busy blocking and is lost without pollard.  stevens will do well for at least as long as djax and engram are out.  hold on to him.
