Randy Moss Groin Injury!

Moss went out in the second quarter with a groin injury (and the refs didn't call the obvious penalty).  Watch this.  He hasn't come back in the second half so far.

Something for all Moss owners to watch!

Edit:  Actually, Moss was injured in the first quarter.

Moss bruised his ribs, but there was no sign of fracture.

http://sfgate.com/cgi-bin/article.cgi?file=/chronicle/archive/2005/10/17 /SPGFFF9FBI1.DTL

Here is the relevant paragraph:

"Moss was escorted to the locker room, where X-rays revealed no rib fractures, only a deep bruise to his left lower back. Both groin muscles were immediately diagnosed as severely strained but further testing did not reveal any tears. He likely will undergo an MRI exam to determine the severity of the injury. "

But I have also read the claim that insiders are saying it doesn't look so good.  No link for that.  Just something to watch out for, just in case.
