Priest Holmes Out Week 10 and Beyond:

Sources close to FantasyFootball.com are confirming that Priest Holmes will not play in Week 10.  The sources also indicate it is very unlikely Priest will play again this season.

Last week FantasyFootball.com first reported on Wednesday afternoon that Priest Holmes would not play in Week 9. That report was shared with RotoWorld.com who shared the information with FoxSports.com. The report was picked up nationally and confirmed on Friday when HC Dick Vermeil announced that Priest was unlikely to play Sunday.

During Week 8, Priest suffered a blow to the head that caused him to leave the game. Our sources indicate that blow required several neurological tests and at this point Priest does not have medical clearence to resume practicing or playing.

I still wonder, though...  Why are none of the major media outlets reporting it yet (in print at least)???  Until they do, I remain skeptical, but not completely incredulous...

Well, at least I was able to get rid of him in time.  And, the team owner I traded with isn't crying foul.

I got Keenan McCardell, so it wasn't like I asked for anything TOO exuberant.

Eddie Kennison did not practice today and his status is still uncertain with a knee injury.

He is a good play against San Diego this week if he does play.

I'll keep you owners updated on his status this week.

Does this make this guy "pick-upable" off the Week 17 waiver wire for DEEP keeper leaguers?

Sounding in by another AFC Wester (and Raider Nation hates the Chiefs more than they hate the Broncos), all props to Coach Vermeil - a great  Five Star General.
