Cant argue with Mordecai for the safest picks this week. If you want to take a couple GAMBLES that could have nice payoffs Lelie could have a nice day against the chiefs (he is overdue) and Dillon could end up putting 2 in the endzone against one of the worst run D's in the league. If you don't feel like taking a risk, i'd go Horn and Jurevicius in that order.

Travis Henry would be a huge gamble. Cris Brown is practiceing and looks to play. I think TM 20 hit the nail on the head.

put me down for dillon. ne will run the ball against a bad jets run def.

I also like engram this week.  Philly has been burned by deep passes lately. thinkin' he's gonna get one.

Also on board with horn. he's gonna break out in my opinion.

for RB - if Dillon is healthy and plays - definitely start him against a pourous Jets D.

if he doesnt play then Moore is the choice.

for WR - i like Jurevicius and tough choice on the other.

Engram just doesnt seem to get the attention from Hass that JJ does.

Horn hasnt done squat (Stallworth getting all the attention) and they go against tough TB Def.

Lelie hasnt done squat and he's been healthy all year but maybe Plummer could get him deep against KC, then again KC Def held Brady to 1 TD and 4 int's???

Curtis is 3rd WR going against tough WAS D but with their attention on Holt & Bruce maybe he can sneak in for a TD.

didnt give u a good answer on the WR but some things to think about.

good luck.  KC.

Moore is your safest bet AND probably has the best upswing as well.  It's not even close in my mind...

This week, I would go with the two preseason favorites of the group, Lelie, who will be participating in a shootout in K.C., and Horn, who is going up against a struggling as of late (excluding last week against the weak Bears O) defense.

Good luck!

started moore at rb and jurevicius last week for -.06 total points.  ouch!

i win, and i am in the playoffs.

rb (pick 2)
brown vs houston
henry vs houston
dillon at bills
moore vs rams

wr (pick 2)
i am starting galloway and need 2 more
lelie vs ravens
curtis at vikings
jurevicius 49ers
engram at 49ers
horn at falcons

i am leaning toward brown and dillon at rb and am at a loss at wr. i went to the waiver wire at wr and was looking at the robinsons from vikings, lloyd-49ers, or parker-bolts.

thanks for your help!

I hear you on the Moore bit. Luckily I have Chicago D and my opponent benched Seattle.

Brown and Dillon for RBs. I like Mewelde if he were to start and finish at st. louis...but its Mike Tice we're talking about.

As for WRS Lelie and Curtis are somewhat similar in that if they don't grab that long td they are worthless. I have Curtis and at this point I'd probably play a robinson in Minnesota before I played Curtis or Lelie. That leaves one of the seattle receivers and Joe Horn. I still like Jurevicius...this past week wasn't a very good indicator of normal fantasy outputs. You might seriously want to consider picking up one of those Robinson guys(Koren is my pick) against St Louis.

If you take touches into consideration, which you should, Then Dillon and Brown for sure. Moore is suddenly a second string back and Henry isnt done collecting towels quite yet.

What happened to your caddy?

JJ and Horn seem to be the safest picks here. I would expect for the Saints to be behind and needing to air it out in that game. Brooks to Horn equals garbage time TD 's and yardage.

Frankly, Im suprised you dont have Galloway instead of JJ in your questionable pile.

I don't think picking up K-Rob and using him is a bad idea, but I wouldn't drop Lelie.  I actually like Lelie this week.  Of your list, those are the two I would go with.  Personally, I would drop Curtis.

As for your backs, I would go with Brown, definitely, and then Dillon.  Moore is a close third.  He just makes me nervous right now.  Until he "does it" again, I'd probably lay off.

Good luck!
