First choice would be Brunell. Washington plays a St. Louis team that gives up a lot of big plays to the pass. Look what Kurt Warner did to them just recently.
2nd choice would be Garrard, although he is unproven he faces a Cleveland defense that is fairly soft. I saw Garrard play in college and he is a very mobile QB and often runs for TD's, so you might score some extra pts there with a TD run.
You might even want to consider Garrard for the playoffs. He plays San Francisco in week 15 and week 16 @Houston. I may pick him up to use in the playoffs, since Favre and Roethensburger havent done the job recently.
