who to start? (L1) - week 14

hey gang, made it into the playoffs in 2 of my 6 leagues. not a real good percentage but if i win L1 it will more than make up for the other costs. i actually managed to win last week with Lee Evans & his 42 pts on my bench! and i missed a 3rd league playoffs by 7 pts in a tiebreaker! i should have gone with your choice for my WR's last week Steg - {Evans (42), Edwards (30), Chambers(17pts)} i won but would have had high score also! Great call, Steg! anyway, 1st rd of playoffs in (L1), going against a team i've beaten twice already this season but she does have a very good lineup except for her QB [Carr, Dorsey, LT2, Cadillac, Barlow, Duckett, Chad Johnson, Galloway, Key Johnson, Booker, Scobee, Longwell, CAR] i know its tough for 1 team to beat another team 3 times in 1 season in the NFL but can it be done in Fantasy? I'm sure it can but i still could use some advice once again. (L1) scoring - longer TD's & FG's= more pts, bonus pts for rec/rushes and rec/rush yards. minus for fumbles, int's, missed FG's/XP's QB - need 1 to start a. E Manning @ PHI b. Favre vs DET c. McNair vs HOU all actually seem like graet matchups but leaning towards McNair or Manning. Philly has fallen and prob wont get up, Hou & Det just plain suck. but Favre still scares me and Manning is even a little shaky but McNair did light it up against SF a couple weeks ago. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ WR - need 3 to start a. Chambers @ SD (might be a good matchup if his QB has time to throw this week) b. Evans vs NE (might be a really good matchup) c. Michael Clayton @ CAR (still no catches) d. Curtis @ MIN (lost behind Holt, Bruce & rookie QB) e. Roby vs HOU (WW) - [Williams & Jones out for year, Bennett, Calico & Roby are McNairs top 3 WR's and have good matchups at home vs HOU & SEA and at MIA] Best 3 week outlook for playoffs. f. K Rob vs STL (WW) - [starting to get some looks, has matchups vs STL, PIT & @ BAL] Only good matchup vs STL and maybe BAL. g. Northcutt @ CIN (WW) - [Edwards out for year, Bryant & Northcutt are top 2 WR's now - matchups @ CIN & OAK and at home vs PIT] Only good matchup @ OAK. thats all i have to choose from - lost TO to susp, and lost Edwards this week to injury (of course his 1st breakout game) ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ K - need 1 to start a. Bironas vs HOU b. Elam vs BAL ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ RB - Dunn vs NO & Jordan @ NYJ (no choice but good matchups) DEF - ATL vs NO (easy choice, CHI has a tough game this week) thanks for the advice! KC. OBFFL 2004 Champs - going for 2 in a row. Favre, E Manning, McNair, Dunn, Jordan, Suggs, Gore, Barber, Henry, Chambers, Curtis, Evans, Clayton, Elam, Bironas, Freeney, ATL, CHI
